The company, Twig, that produces these uh-mazing throws specialise in lambswool accessories (scarves/wraps/cushions). I love it when a company does one thing very well. It reminds me of craftsmen honing their skills over generations.
Lacey originally started with embroidered indian silks but now has settled into a strong relationship with Irish sourced lambswool, spun using traditional techniques in a small Irish mill. Slainté, Skål and Cheers; here’s to finding your groove!
I hardly need to mention the colours – they speak for themselves. These would be very different throws if they were made in hunters green, taupe, and grey. We’ve seen those predictable colours every winter to date.
Apparently winter can be cosy and bright at the same time. Yes!
I’m gonna admit it, this whole blog is a sneaky Christmas list. Howkapow, my favourite shop that sells these in the UK, is a little firecracker of a shop (and they have a mountain of other cool things). Just saying… links below as always 😉
